Design & Visual Production

• Design digital and print collaterals (social graphics, posters, EDMs, decks, event materials)

• Create animations, GIFs and motion graphics for campaigns and social media

• Develop event visuals (signage, slides, screen assets)

• Adapt and apply existing brand templates

Brand Management

• Ensure all designs align with Kita's brand guidelines and visual identity 

• Organise and maintain the organisation's design asset library for easy team access

• Assist with website visual updates and graphics as needed

Creative Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts for campaigns

• Work with the team to iterate on designs based on feedback and strategic goals
