Agency. That's the whole point.
At Kita, we journey with young people from under-resourced backgrounds as they take ownership of their lives.
It's all about agency — the power each person has to choose their path and chase what matters to them. We kept hearing it from our youths, conversation after conversation, so we made it our mission.
To give agency back where it belongs.
One of our alumni suggested the name Kita. It means "we" or "ours" in Malay, and honestly?
Perfect.
This community belongs to all of us and grows because of all of us. It's not just a space — it's ours.
