Content Creation & Design:

• Design digital and print collaterals including posters, social media graphics, EDMs, and presentation decks

• Create simple animations, GIFs, and motion graphics for campaigns and events

• Adapt and maintain brand consistency across all materials in line with Kita's brand guidelines

• Support the organisation's visual content workflow and asset management

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Support social media planning, posting, and community engagement across platforms

• Create short-form content such as reels and motion posts to boost reach and engagement

• Track and analyse post performance to identify what works and propose improvements

• Present monthly reports with data-driven recommendations for content optimisation

Event & Campaign Support:

• Support design and visual production for events and campaigns (fundraisers, showcases, workshops)

• Produce visuals and motion elements for event screens, slides, and social channels

• Collaborate with Programmes team to ensure visual content centres youth voices and agency

• Help organise and maintain the organisation's content bank for easier access
