Shape Kita's collaborative ecosystem by supporting strategic partnerships across our diverse network of funders, programme partners, government agencies, social service organisations, volunteers, and community allies. Focus on maximising partnership success through values alignment and tailored engagement approaches.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Management:
Support relationship-building across Kita's broad partnership ecosystem
Develop tailored engagement strategies for different partner categories (funders, programme partners, government agencies, social services, volunteers)
Create systems for partnership alignment assessment and ongoing relationship management
Coordinate collaborative initiatives and resource-sharing arrangements
Values Alignment & Engagement Optimisation:
Research and analyse potential partners for mission and values compatibility
Design engagement frameworks that honour both Kita's participatory approach and partner strengths
Support the development of partnership agreements that maintain youth-centred focus
Document partnership best practices and lessons learnt
Cross-Domain Collaboration:
Facilitate connections between different types of partners for mutual benefit
Support policy engagement and advocacy efforts with government partners
Coordinate volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement
Connect partnership activities to programme outcomes and youth impact

Ideal Candidate
Ideal Candidate
Students who enjoy working across domains and building relationships with diverse stakeholders. Interest in social entrepreneurship, policy work, nonprofit management, or community organising preferred. Strong communication skills and comfort with ambiguity essential. Ability to balance multiple stakeholder perspectives valued.
