Direct Youth Support:

• Journey closely with youth participants across Kita Space, Kita Labs, and Kita Studios

• Provide individualised support and mentorship within programme frameworks

• Facilitate group sessions and community-building activities

• Support youth in navigating challenges and celebrating achievements

Programme Development & Optimisation:

• Collaborate with partner organisations and community members in programme curation

• Identify opportunities to enhance programme effectiveness and youth-centricity

• Contribute to curriculum development that balances skill-building with agency development

• Support the integration of participatory practices across all programme modalities

Participatory Practice Integration:

• Help define and implement organisational aspirations around youth belonging and agency

• Explore innovative ways to embed choice and ownership into programme structures

• Document and share learnings about participatory youth development approaches

• Support the development of youth leadership and peer-mentoring systems
