ESG & Impact Advisory Volunteers support Kita’s efforts to measure, communicate and strengthen social impact. You’ll help shape frameworks, partner reporting and impact documentation that reflect accountability and meaningful outcomes for youths.

Support drafting or refining impact reports and accountability documents
Assist in collecting, organising or interpreting programme outcome data
Translate impact insights into accessible communication materials
Strengthen processes that help the team track and understand impact
