Programme Operations Volunteers support Kita’s youth programmes by helping the team create a safe and engaging environment. You will assist with on-ground learning activities, provide steady adult presence and help ensure sessions run smoothly. Your support allows youths to participate confidently and meaningfully in Labs, Studios and Space. All volunteers will receive brief training before starting, so you’ll feel prepared and confident when supporting our programmes.
