Technology Adoption Volunteers help improve the digital systems that support Kita’s day-to-day work. You’ll contribute to tools, workflows and backend processes that make operations smoother and allow the team to serve youths more efficiently.

Support updates to the website, CRM or internal databases
Help organise information infrastructure and digital filing systems
Assist with simple automations, troubleshooting or process mapping
Identify areas where technology can improve effectiveness and clarity
