I co-created Disconnected, a short film exploring how excessive social media use affects youth mental health. The story follows three friends dealing with stress, low self-esteem and cyberbullying — showing how overuse can lead to anxiety, depression and weakened real-life connections.

Our goal was to educate youths about these risks while promoting healthier habits and stronger offline relationships. I worked on scripting, shot planning, filming and served as the main editor for the project.

Beyond filmmaking, I enjoy designing apps, websites and creating social media content. I also actively volunteer in youth spaces, which fuels my passion for making a positive difference in the community.
