I create workshops that use art and design as tools for self-discovery and wellbeing.

After a difficult mental health episode led to my hospitalization in 2022, I attended Introduction to Art Therapy at LASALLE, searching for a new way to use my creative talents. That experience shaped everything I do now.

Each workshop I run is tailored to my clients' needs. We start with a theme they want to explore, then I design a guided art process that allows them to create a meaningful keepsake piece while processing their own experiences through reflection. Throughout the sessions, I also share my own story of navigating mental health challenges.

Art and design aren't just skills for me — they've become my calling and a way to help others heal.
