Hi, I'm Wardina. I'm 20 years old and currently working part-time at a hospital and as a tutor with Beyond Social Services.

What got me here was my three-month internship at Free Food For All, where I faced real challenges: managing the website, miscommunication with colleagues and struggling to meet deadlines early on.

It was tough, especially when I had to figure things out independently and learn new skills on my own. But those difficulties taught me what I carry into my work today: professionalism, time management and clear communication.

The internship pushed me to become more self-prepared —mentally and physically — to handle professional environments. The skills I built there help me juggle my current roles now.

It wasn't easy, but it was the experience that prepared me to show up consistently and adapt to different work settings.
